1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using MediCore Health ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Medical disclaimer

• MediCore provides AI-assisted health information for educational and informational purposes only
• The Platform does not provide medical diagnoses, prescriptions, or professional medical advice
• AI assessments are preliminary and reviewed by physicians but do not constitute a doctor-patient relationship
• Never ignore professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on this Platform
• In a medical emergency, call 995 (Singapore) immediately — do not use this Platform

3. Limitations of the AI

• The AI symptom checker may not detect all conditions and may suggest conditions you do not have
• Confidence scores are estimates, not guarantees — a 90% confidence score does not mean a 90% chance of that diagnosis
• The AI is not a licensed physician and will never claim to be
• The Platform will always recommend consulting a human doctor for diagnosis and treatment

4. User responsibilities

• You must be 18 or older to create an account (or have parental/guardian consent)
• Provide accurate health information for the best assessment results
• Do not use the Platform as a substitute for emergency services
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediCore Health Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including reliance on AI-generated health information.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
